International Orders

1. Any duties, taxes or levies chargeable on international orders are to be borne and paid by customers. You may be required to pay local duties when you receive the products. Kindly check the same before ordering. In case the duties are not paid the product may be scrapped and we will not issue refunds for the same.

2. Returns are not possible in case of International orders. Cancellations are possible till the order is not shipped. Once the order status changes to shipped, cancellations cannot be done.

3. In case you receive any product with manufacturing defect, kindly notify us at support@rustorange.com within 48 hours of receiving the product and we shall arrange for an exchange (or refund if exchange is not possible). Colour mismatch is not considered as a manufacturing defect. 

As we do not have an international return pickup option available, you would have to ship the product back to us on your own. Our address is

Shipping Policy

  • Our international shipping charges are as following:
    Order size Charges
    Upto 5 products Rs. 2,500
    6 - 10 products Rs. 4,000
    11 - 15 products Rs. 5,000
    16 or more products Rs. 5,500
  • Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.
  • Shipping times vary from country to country. Typically products are dispatched within 48 hours and delivered within a maximum of 2 weeks (but mostly it is much earlier!)
  • There is no transit insurance.
  • Please do note that delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control – like travel delays from our shipping partners, strikes, weather conditions, etc. But don’t worry, we are famous for delighting our customers by adhering to our promised shipping times.
  • We will keep you updated and provide you with the tracking information once your order is dispatched via SMS / email.
